As a new, stay-at-home mom, I came all the way from the South Loop to check this place out. The first obstacle was the front door. There is a step! It is a baby store and I would presume a good number of patrons have strollers. I have a Bugaboo which is massive and by the time the lady working there came to help I was already in the door. I had questions about gDiapers and she was not helpful, did not offer to show me how to use them, and pretty much said to go online to find out the answers. She then sat there as I looked around, did not speak to me and so I left. In response to the other comments, it doesn't seem to matter what brand your stroller is, they are rude to us all.

They have a nice selection of contemporary baby furniture which can be very hard to find. I recommend checking out their store if you want something different for your nursery.
