hands down, THE BEST COFFEE in chicago. when we were there, we even saw someone who works at starbucks come in for his coffee before work. and their lattes? unbelievable! I never drink lattes, but they know how to make them perfectly. plus, the ambiance is super cozy and the customer service is wonderful.
Pros: amazing service and delicious coffee
