“The staff was friendly.”
“The conversation was frustrating and we went around in circles for a good 10 minutes.”
Customer Service for Scheduling appts is lacking.
I wanted so much to go back to Mojo again and again. I went there for the PJ party on a Friday with 3 other friends. The food was okay. The DJ was great. Manicures were fine. The staff was friendly.
I left thinking I will come back again!
When I called to make an appt for 4 friends on a Sunday a few months later, I was told I could only make a reservation for 2. When I asked why I didn't get a clear answer. Then I said I was confused, what if two friends called separately? "No, (How would he know?) We have to make sure we are getting a broad clientelle." I have no idea what that means. My friends are not clones of each other. If anything I bring 4 friends they bring 2 later. The conversation was frustrating and we went around in circles for a good 10 minutes. He even asked if I had been there before. I said yes. I thought at that point he would make an exception to keep my business. But NO. His answer did not change so I decided to give up. I was actually trying to just get off the phone! But he kept on. He actually offered 2 appts for one friend at 11:00 and an appt for 1 friend at 1:00pm! I was like that doesn't work there are FOUR of us and we want to go together. The ONLY choice I had to make apts for FOUR PEOPLE was to rent out the whole place. Gimme a break!
I had a friend just get off the phone with them now feeling frustrated.
They have a great idea, now if they could only get their scheduling together to accommodate. If the place isn't big enough for 4 people to come at once then just say that. Or how about we have 4 slots open for a pedicure at 2:00pm, then just fill the appts up like other places do. Why they limit small groups is still unclear to me. I can understand a big party of 10 or 15 might be overwhelming, but 4?
I hope they work out the kinks. Until then I will go somewhere else.…
Editorial Review. Treatments are good enough to eat at this girly girl's nail salon: chocolate masks, sugary scrubs and truffle soaks.
