awful service, NOT recommended. The first attempt they were supposed to come over at 2pm. An hour later I called and they were stuck at another job so they rescheduled for friday at 6pm of all times. Great. I call them and tell them I'll be home at 6.30. They show up at 8.15. The lady cleaned by herself until about 10pm and I appreciate the effort, but it wasn't all done as good as it could have been. She waited around for about half an hour for the guy to come back which was kind of awkward. I am highly disappointed. Maybe today was just an anomoly, but I will never call them again. Request at your own risk.

Good cleaning job - but money stolen. Although snappy maids did a good job of cleaning my home, I would not recommend their services. I am absolutely sure that I had $21 stolen (from two different places in my home). I called the owner the next day after my house was cleaned, and he assured me this had never hapened before and that he would follow-up with me. It has been over two weeks and there has been no contact . Obviousely I would not use snappy maids services again and would not recommend them.
