Great Service. I told the Salesman exactly what we wanted to spend with all the cables, mounting systems, & tax included & he brought me in at just over 1,500 when i gave him a 1,600 budget. there was none of that annoying high pressure to buy extended warranty that you get at Best Buy & the prices were actually better.

Terrible Customer Service. The whole point of going to a family owned store for appliances is for the customer service. And when I went to buy a new washer and dryer, the salesmen were right there when i walked in, chatting me up and helping us with our decision. Their pre-sale behavior was great.. and their prices, while not earth shatteringly low, were slightly below the big box stores.

The problem came after the sale. I opened a store credit card, and was told by my salesman that he'd "throw in 0% interest for a year". Sounds great! I got the card, and got the statement, and I called to find out what the terms of the card were. 29% interest after 3 months. Well that's not right.. So I called the salesman from Grant's back, and he swore he did it and insisted the bank screwed up, but not to worry, he'd take care of everything.

Fast forward, I just got off with the same salesman for the 4th time, it's month 4, and the credit card is still messed up. I've had to pester them to do anything now that we're post-sale. Very disappointed in what could have been a great store.
