I love my lipo results!!. Dr. Steven Mandrea performed tumescent liposuction on my thighs, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. His nurses were kind and supportive throughout the entire procedure, and Dr. Mandrea made me feel completely at ease. He answered every question I had honestly and returned my phone calls promptly. My clothes fit better; I feel better in a bathing suit; and I'm overall more confident in my appearance.

I would recommend Dr. Mandrea for tumescent liposuction to anyone thinking about it. I honestly was taken aback by the previous poster's post, I couldn't be more thrilled with his office. I've been seeing Dr. Mandrea for years and have NEVER had an issue. He's the consumate professional with an outstanding bedside manner. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer dermatologist. He is genuinely concerned about your overall health and well-being, and he wants you to be thrilled with your skin. I never feel like he wants to sell me something that I don't need, but the products he does sell are great and well-priced.

I would recommend Dr. Mandrea to anyone.

Very Disappointed.. I went to Dr. Mandrea's office last week for an initial consult for hair removal. I was ushered into a room where I sat waiting...only to be greeted by Dr. Mandrea Jr. who did not know if my medications even interacted with the laser, but did feel okay with allowing me to start the procedure that day - without the interaction info.



Furthermore, he did not inquire to the general health of my skin although I indicated other concerns in my assessment form. He then told me he'd give me a deal on having full hair removal but when I went to schedule my follow up, I learned that no deal was negotiated and that I was not even getting the 30% discount offered on his website. He does not perform the procedures, rather the technicians/RN's. Dr. Mandrea did tell me that one of the side effects - is minor burns - NO thank you!



I was very disappointed with his lack of interest in my overall skin health, in fact my insurance is being billed for an appointment despite him not even inspecting my skin at all (120 dollars)! I've visited dermatologists in the past, and health rather than greed was the goal of treatment. I don't see any reason why I would give 10,000 dollars out of pocket to the Mandrea's for laser treatment (conducted by RN's or technicians) when I can go to a laser clinic or a derm that treats the patient directly for less. The staff is also very rude so watch out.

Would never go anywhere else!. I have been going to Dr. Mandrea and his son for a few years now. Dr. Eugene Mandrea was my first experience with a good dermatologist. He cleared up my acne and my skin looks great. Its very easy to get in for an appt, they worked with my schedule the day I had to be at work early, and the staff is super friendly and professional. I think that both doctors are highly qualified and very knowledgeable about the skin. They cleared up some common myths about the face and they've saved me a ton of money. I no longer have to spend hundreds on fancy name brand skin care. I buy from Ulta or from the drugstore and my face still looks great. The proof is in the pudding and I get compliments on my great skin almost daily. Thank you Dr. Mandrea! Multsumesc Frumos!

Skin Cancer Removal. Dr. Mandrea did a great job when he removed a skin cancer on my lower left lid. The scar of the double flap repair is totally unnoticable.

Great Dermatologist for Skin Treatment in Chicago. Great Dermatologist for Skin Treatment in Chicago: Dr. Mandrea works magic. I was diagnosed with skin cancer four times and he removed all four Basal Cell Carcinomas. I could not be more pleased with his work. I recommend him to everyone that needs to see a dermatologist in Chicago.

acne problems and rosacea chicago. Great experience, I love my face: I have been visiting Dr. Mandrea for several years due to my acne problems and I have a small case of Rosacea. With Dr. Mandrea's prescriptions my acne has been under control. Last year Dr. Mandrea recommended the SmoothBeam Laser for acne scarring. I was a little scared, but after several treatments my face looks and feels smooth. I honestly have to say my face looks healthier. I may get a pimple but no major flare ups. It is under control thanks to Dr. Mandrea. First L

Skin care Chicago. I've had treatments in the past, repeatedly, elsewhere. At Dr. Mandrea's office I had 2 treatments with the Blu-u light for pre-cancerous spots and all are cleared. I'm very pleased and I would recommend him highly. VM

Skin Laser Treatments in Chicago.. I am very pleased with the results obtained by the treatment I received in Dr. Mandrea's office.

I had hundreds of white and clear facial growths (Milia) for several years, some as big as 2.5 mm and previous treatments had failed. After 3 almost painless, 15 minute Laser treatments, 90% of them are gone. Highly recommended. Diana
