This place is the best!

I have been bringing my little guy to Stay for about 6 months and he loves it there. Everytime we walk in they treat him like royalty. They call out his name like they've missed him and really dote on him. My little one starts his tail a' waggin. I have boarded him twice at Stay and will continue to do this. When I call to check on him they give me detailed information about him not just "he's doing fine" but tell me who he's playing with and how much he's eaten and really anything I ask they give me a detailed response. When I go to pick him up from Stay it's like he doesn't want to leave. The Staff will pet him and say such nice things about him. No wonder he doesn't want to leave! It's his second home and I would reccomend Stay to anyone looking for a great day care and/or boarding facility.

Great Place to board your pets, although pricey.

I had my two dogs stay in the master suite with the webcabs and I was very happy with the service. They are not really used to being alone but I was happy to see that the staff worked around their social anxiety. My toy yorkie also needs to be hand feed (he's a bit of a diva) and they complied, without charging me an additional fee like some of the other places. I watched my pups with the webcab and I saw that the staff cleans and sanatizes the room each and every day. I also paid extra for the nature walk which I'm sure my pets enjoyed. I was very satisfied with the service and the facility and I have tried other popular facilities one in lincoln park, for instance, but this place far surpased my previous experiences.

Awesome Place

Stay IS A REALLY AWESOME PLACE and we really love it. Our dog is very shy and gets easily scared of everything so I first was worried about to board him anywhere. But after reading all the good reviews about Stay and checking out their awesome web site, I decided to give it a try and I defiantly can say it was really worth it. The Staff is super friendly and they really care about the dogs. I called a few times just to hear how my dog is doing and they always called one of the staff members who are with your dog and they give you a very comprehensive update. The facility itself is very clean and spacious and in very good shape. They offer so many awesome things like nature walks and swimming lessons. When I picked up my dog the next day, he was in a awesome mood and in really good shape. He slept for the rest of the day ;-)

I defiantly recommend Stay to everyone.

Good Boarding, Bad Grooming

I have boarded my dog a couple times at Stay. and I do recommend it. They took me on tour beforehand and always answered my questions in a friendly way whenever I would call. The customer service has always been good. My only problem was that I paid for my dog to get groomed and it was $10 more than I had ever paid at any dog groomers, and the quality was just absolutely unacceptable for the price. As a boarding facility on a whole, I absolutely recommend them,

Best Boarding Facility In The City

I toured and checked reviews on 4 boarding facilities in the city before deciding on Stay. I was very nervous about having to board my senior Aussie just two months after adopting her. I chose Stay over the other facilities for several reasons. First, the place is immaculate and the staff is well-trained, courteous and professional. Second, there are three different kennel options and all kennels and suites are spotless. I chose a glass-fronted deluxe kennel for Madison that gave her an unobstructed view of the Chicago River and back exercise area. Third, though doggy daycare is included as part of the boarding package, the boarders still receive individual walks outside in the fenced area by the river. Fourth, the doggy daycare itself. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable and they worked with Madison to find the best group for her to interact with during her stay. Fifth, the webcam access to the play areas. Being able to see your family member having fun relieves so much anxiety when you have to leave them. Sixth, the grooming facilities and grooming staff. I had Madison groomed and timed it so that she'd be ready to go when I picked her up on my way back from the airport. The groomer did a great job with my precious old girl.

I'd recommend Stay hands down as the best boarding facility in the city. I'd also recommend their grooming services with no hesitation. And though I was initially apprehensive about the daycare itself because the floors aren't padded and I was concerned about the stress on my 10 year old dog's joints, the staff was very accommodating in monitoring my dog during her stay to make sure she had rest periods if needed. And the play areas were spotless.

I won't hesitate to bring Madison back for boarding and grooming. Stay is, in my opinion, the best facility of its kind in the city and I strongly recommend their services.
