I don`t recommend !!!!. I had an appointment there and waited 1 week, but when I came nobody was there and phone didn?t answer!!!! My husband and I asked security and administrator, but they never heard about this ?The best tailors? in 980 North Michigan Ave.! They never gave their phones and other coordinates to the administrator. If you have chance to meet them, make sure that they will not evaporate again with your clothes and money!!! False and fake!

Excellent Customer Service, Professional, Courteous, Highly Reccomended!!. To begin, let me give you my background first. I am a young professional in NY that has only worn a suite for special occasions and interviews. I am by no means wealthy or well versed in fashion. My prior suites came from Macy's and were usually on sale. They never fit right and looked awkward on me. I wanted to get a custom tailored suite but was alway intimidated by the whole process. I.e. "Only rich snobs can afford custom made suites". At the risk of embarassing myself I opted to make an appointment with Bermini Tailors. When I met with Martin, he was very professional and courteous. I felt that despite my knowledge in fabrics and clothing in general he was vey understanding, extremely helpful, and non-judgemental. Keep in mind, i showed up in jeans and sneakers. He took his time and explained many aspects of tailoring and a design of a suite. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted and we worked on getting something that would be the perfect design for me. I never felt rushed or condecended in anyway. Martin is the utmost professional. I was so impressed with the customer service that i purchased two suites. Their prices are very reasonable.

Although I cannot comment on the quality since I am still waiting on them to be finished, I can praise their customer service and professionalism. I would highly reccommend them to anyone, even those who think that a tailored suite is above their means. Trust me, it's not and the process is quite fun. I will comment on the quality once I get my suites.

Best Tailor I have ever dealt with. When I first met Joe, I was taken back by the amount of knowledge he possesses regarding the suiting and tailoring business. I also truly enjoyed the experience, the know-how, and conversations I had with Joe. Not only did he make me the best suits I have ever worn, but he kept his initial promise. In this day and age, not many businesses keep their promises, but Bermini truly lived up to its well known reputation. I have colleagues, clients, and friends in New York and Miami that have dealt only with Bermini and now I know why. Thanks Joe and to everyone at Bermini for making the experience easy, comfortable, and efficient. Take care and I look forward to sending you guys more friends and clients. Thanks again!

Experts. The people here are experts. I met with Martin and Joe. Great Service. Hard to get an appointment though.
