City Escape ignores our building's mid-century architecture. City Escape has somehow convinced our board of directors that their expensive, over-the-top design for landscaping will make our "ugly building" look "updated". In fact, our building, mid-century in design with a glass, floating first floor is unique and fitting with other buildings of it's era in Streeterville. City Escape has designed walls of stone to act as planters on top of which they will plant hundreds of plants and trees. The design will block light and view which is the opposite of what the building was designed to do. City Escape has not considered architecture, enviornment, or neighborhood. They don't even get the concepts. Obviously, the only thing left is that they understand money.

Had contract and they never came out.. I had a signed contract with them and they never showed up. I had to call three and 4 times to find out the date they were coming out. Finally I said forget it. Un real. How can you do business with people if you have a contract with them and they still don't come out and do the work they said they would do. Good luck with these people. They final gave me my money back. But my lawn never got done and they never gave me anything for my troubles.
