Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. As a physician, I can safely say that this is the most disorganized an inefficient pharmacy in our area. They are clearly overwhelmed by their prescription volume, with neither the staff nor the space to handle it. The clerks routinely make errors in processing insurance, insist on calling customers 20+years their senior by their first names, and are unable or unwilling to resolve errors. I will switch our family's prescriptions back to mail order, or other local pharmacies, and I will advise patients to avoid this branch of CVS. Oh, and their non-prescription items are overpriced, as well.
