Fantastic Customer Service!. I made dinner reservations for our 17th wedding anniversary and there was a link to Flower Petal to have flowers delivered to the restaurant . I thought this was a great idea so I ordered them to arrive during my 4:00 reservation. We left the restaurant at 5:30 but the local florist still hadn't delivered the arrangement. I contacted Flower Petal and immediately they took care of the issue and had another arrangement delivered to my house. My wife was very happy with the flowers and I was blown away by the effort Flower Petal put forth to make sure we were happy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!

What a disappointment…. I was planning my parents 50th wedding anniversary and had just reserved a table at a great restaurant through OpenTable when I was presented an opportunity to order flowers to be delivered directly to the table through Flowerpetal. What a great idea – I searched until I found the perfect table arrangement and ordered. I was rather exited at the prospect of making the evening as special as possible. On the special day – everything went according to plan. They were totally surprised – and unfortunately so was I. The flowers that were delivered vaguely resembled what I had so carefully chosen. According to the website the flowers were a – “vibrant mixture of opulent orange and zesty pink flowers casually arranged in a clear glass cube container. It’s a perfectly delightful way to express what’s on your mind. A casual design of orange asiatic lilies and roses with hot pink carnations and roses” Instead we received 3 pink roses, 3 lilies and a ton of baby’s breath. What a disappointment – my mother was pleased with the flowers, but unfortunately it no way resembled the description. I would recommend just heading to your local grocery store and picking up a selection for much less with guaranteed results!!

In a word, WOW! GREAT florist with same day delivery!. What can I say... I ordered a flower delivery for a friend's birthday and a mutual friend recommended Flowerpetal, saying she was SO happy with how they came out. So I thought I would give it a go. Well, what can I say. Flowers were beautiful, lasted a full week and still looked fresh, the arrangement was amazing, and they delivered in Chicago the same day. Can't recommend them higher! Great quality, great florist, they would be great for all occasions!

Great customer service; environmentally-friendly. I had a wonderful experience shopping from Flower Petal. I was directed to their website through Opentable where I had made dinner reservations for my anniversary. Not only was a beautiful bouquet hand-delivered to our dinner table, but they even refunded me 10% of my order price when I wrote to customer service and complained that on the restaurant delivery webpage there was no place to enter a coupon code (there is on the regular delivery order page). I've also read that Flower Petal has been working to reduce their "carbon footprint" in their operations, and I'm happy to support a company that is indeed thinking beyond their immediate profit and towards the larger picture.

Excellent flowers and customer service everytime!. I have used Flowerpetal (flowerpetal,com) several times now, for everything from funerals, birth / new mother flowers, get well arrangements, all sorts of occaisions. I originally found them thru Opentable when I made dinner arrangements and I was able to order flowers for the table for that dinner. Can't say enough good things about them or their customer service which is absolutely top knotch. I will continue to use them for any flower ordering.
