Great customer service; environmentally-friendly

I had a wonderful experience shopping from Flower Petal. I was directed to their website through Opentable where I had made dinner reservations for my anniversary. Not only was a beautiful bouquet hand-delivered to our dinner table, but they even refunded me 10% of my order price when I wrote to customer service and complained that on the restaurant delivery webpage there was no place to enter a coupon code (there is on the regular delivery order page). I've also read that Flower Petal has been working to reduce their "carbon footprint" in their operations, and I'm happy to support a company that is indeed thinking beyond their immediate profit and towards the larger picture.

Excellent flowers and customer service everytime!

I have used Flowerpetal (flowerpetal,com) several times now, for everything from funerals, birth / new mother flowers, get well arrangements, all sorts of occaisions. I originally found them thru Opentable when I made dinner arrangements and I was able to order flowers for the table for that dinner. Can't say enough good things about them or their customer service which is absolutely top knotch. I will continue to use them for any flower ordering.
