I really prefer Dr. Bahu over any previous dentist that I have been too. Since I have such sensitive teeth, Dr. Bahu is aware of that and is very careful and gentle which I appreciate. No one likes to feel uncomfortable - much less at the dentist.

I first heard about Dr. Bahu because my granddaughter works here, and I'm happy I did. It is a really nice office. The staff is very professional and Dr. Bahu goes out of this way to make sure that you feel comfortable. Happy here for over 10 years!

Best staff in Chicago. Period.. I found Dr. Bahu about 13 years ago, and every time I go in I hardly ever have to wait to see the dentist. I have no problem at all visiting this dental office because I know I will be taken care of. His staff is nice, the hygienists are always so nice and great at what they do, he's just got a great group of people working with him. I don't know of anyone in Chicago that I would want to see after building up a solid relationship with this staff.

Comfortable Office. I've been happy with everything Dr. Bahu has done for me. He is a great dentist, much better than some other places I've visited around Chicago, and I trust him. I am always comfortable going to the office, and I've never had a problem. A dentist visit isn't on the top of my list of things to do, but he always makes sure I'm comfortable and well taken care of.

Great dentist. Dr Bahu and his staff are incredible! I searched for a long time to find a dentist that I was comfortable with and had the good fortune to find Dr Bahu through 1-800-DENTIST. They are the most professional, clean and kind dental office that I have ever been to. I have recommended them to more than 5 other people because of my positive experience as a patient.

Best Dentist in Chicago!!. I have been going to Dr. Bahu for over 10 years and have to rave about his dentistry practice. It is a completely pain free procedure, and if any patient gets nervous, they do not have to worry because there is a portable CD player that they can always listen to so they are distracted. Another reason I go to Dr. Ramy Bahu is for the staff who always make me feel comfortable and explain every detail to me. I always have a positive dental experience when I go to Dr. Ramy Bahu. - Lisa

pain-free root canal!. I've been going to Dr. Bahu for about 5 or 6 years now.

If you are looking for:

--clean, state of the art office

--professional, friendly staff

--flexible scheduling hours

--a comfortable atmosphere

--the best hygienist ever (get Laura, she's amazing)

--attention to detail

--a dentist who wants you to be comfortable and PAIN FREE during your procedures

--a dentist who is honest and upfront and leaves the decisions to you

--a relationship with your dentist and dental staff that is warm and genuine

Go to Dr. Bahu.

I just had a pain free root canal yesterday, and was so relieved to have Dr. Bahu as my dentist because I KNEW I could not only trust him to help me get well, but also feel safe and comfortable in his chair.

Yes, he is slightly expensive, however, when it comes to the health of your mouth, which is linked to the overall health of your body, why would you want to cheap out? Modern equipment, a beautiful office, and incredible staff are part of your pricetag. Your experience will be worth it, and your recovery as well. No one wants botched dental work. You will only get the finest at Dr. Bahu.

Take proper care of your teeth and gums and see a real expert. They are diligent about trying to accommodate all insurance types and work within your budget and timelines for things, even if you have a crazy schedule.

Again, people, PAIN FREE root canal. Who could ask for more?!!

FRAUD. March 12, 2011 - I realized that I made the worst decision of my life a year ago by going to Ramy Bahu of Aesthetic & Reconstructive Dental Associates. In my opinion, he performed unnecessary dental work on my teeth.

All I wanted was to get a thorough teeth cleaning. And, after the end of the exam, I was told I needed 14 fillings because my teeth were decayed. I was distraught, and asked if there was anything else besides fillings that could have been done. He said no - that flouride treatments would not work for me. I asked how bad the decay really was. He said if I didn’t treat it now, they would get worse over time. He never answered my question directly.

Looking at the pictures of my teeth that they took, it only looked like I had maybe 1 or 2 cavities at the most - but Dr. Bahu said I had tooth decay underneath my sealants, which I couldn’t even tell in most cases.

I have been going to a dentist twice a year since I was 20, and no one ever told me I should get 14 fillings. I should have gotten a second opinion, but did not. That was my mistake.

Less than 1 year later, I find that one of my fillings chipped away and my tooth had staining in it. It hurt to drink warm water and eat. I went back to have it fixed.

I am worried that I will have even more problems with fillings for the rest of my life. I am afraid to eat ice cream, because my teeth hurt. I am afraid to eat strawberries and raspberries because the seeds get stuck in my teeth and hurt.

I am afraid to eat hard foods like nuts because I’m worried that my fillings will break. I will have to deal with these problems for the rest of my life.

I showed another dentist pictures of my teeth before I got fillings, and he said there was decay on only 1 or 2 teeth, which he would have recommended getting fixed… he would not have done fillings on the entire 14 teeth, because he said that was extreme and not necessary.

This guy is a FRAUD - and should not be allowed to practice.

Very Satisfied. I've been going to Dr. Ramy Bahu's office for 7 years and I think they're great! The location is right on my way to work and I like that they have early morning office hours so I can get in there before work without having to take time out of my busy day. They also get me in and out in a timely fashion. - Omar P
