My first experience but definitely not my last

This is my first experience with Home Crafts Inc. and I couldn't be more pleased. They paid attention to my project and followed up with me. The simple fact that they did everything that they said they were going to do, made me comfortable in the choice I had made for a window company. Their concerns for my satisfaction were also very reassuring.

Anyone who's ever shopped for windows or tackled a home improvement project can testify that it's a frustrating task. Looking for a bargain, i called many window companies from the newspapers, who claimed that i could buy 10 windows for $899 installed and such. What a gimmick! Don't even waste your time with these companies. They come into your home with a light bulb and window sample, think they just put on a show and proceed to practically shove their contracts down your throat. If you are undecided, they'll put you on the phone with a manager who tries to close the deal. How desperate is that?
I heard of Home Crafts Inc. through a co-worker and i have to say, "What a difference!!!". I'm not often impressed, but Home Crafts Inc. definitely left a lasting impression on me. Their staff was very friendly and professional, the price was reasonable, the windows were great and they look fantastic after being installed. Everything promised to me was delivered in a timely manner. I didn't feel pressured to buy; the sales rep. was very easy to talk to and informative. We clicked so well that he is always welcome at my family barbecues. I would most definitely use this company again and have recommended them to atleast 4 people already. Anyone in need of quality windows and workmanship should definitely give them a call.
