Good quality work done fast with a excellent price! I couldn't pass my emissions test so i brought my car to Webb Chevrolet They told me i needed a charcoal canister, vent valve and gas tank! I went
to Car-x and they told me i needed a charcoal canister, vent valve and purge valve and egr valve! i went to Red line the gentlemen did a smoke test to see where it was leaking then gentlemen told me who looked at this car before us! well i told him chevy and car-x ! He looked up at me and smiled , He showed me the canister hoses were barely connected (bad clamps) the vent solonoide harness was cut and the locking clip was broken!
He put a new connecter for the harness and new clamps on the canister and i was good to go!
what it cost me $80 for smoke test diagnostic
$45.00 for connector installed and $15.00 for clamps installed a total of $140.00 amazing my cars ben runing great since and i have passed my emissions test the other 2 places wanted to charge me over $1000.00! I saved a lot of money these guys are life savers and will show u your problem's in detail with a full explanation unlike other shops! Excellent place to go to! I recommend this to place to anyone and everyone!!!!!…
What a mess!. We took our car there for repair and asked them to call us with pricing and they didn't call and locked the place up, with our car inside the garage!!! We couldn't get the car until the next day as they never called. We had to pay for a taxi to get to Red Line to get our car. They never told us what happened, they never apologized and they tried to charge us $225 for bending a windshield wiper back into shape. I told him to charge me fairly what he would charge his mother and he ended up charging me $25. Go figure! This is why everyone takes their cars to Charlies!!!…
