Horrible Customer Service.
I would normally not bother to write a review of a fast food restaurant, but my experiences here were so ridiculous, I had to share them. The food is the normal greasy, salty, stuff you would expect from a fast food place. Definitely not something to be eaten daily, or even weekly, but... "everything in moderation." However, the service here is incredibly poor. In the last year, I have gone through the drive-thru here 6 times, and my order was messed up 5 of those times. I order the same thing every time, the super-sampler platter, and in 5/6 of my visits, they left out some of the items. One time, I checked in the parking lot, found it to be wrong and went back through the drive thru to let them know. The young kid working the register had the gall to accuse me of lying to him. I was so shocked, I barely knew what to say. Believe me, I was not trying to scam a fast food place out of a free piece of fried, greasy, fish. I told him that I hadn't even left the parking lot, and he could look through my order... He just muttered something under his breath and gave me my missing items. I don't think I have ever been treated so badly by someone in customer service. I would of been furious if I had time to get over the shock of it all.
LJS is a guilty pleasure of mine that I give in to every once in awhile, but I have never met a ruder staff and worse service in my entire life. It's almost comical how poorly the customer is treated here. If it wasn't a fast food grease factory, I would be calling the manager/owner and complaining.
