Roto-Rooter Plumbers 02/04/2012. I have been having problems with my kitchen sink draining for several years. I consider myself handy and try to fix problems myself. I am always reluctant to call someone to fix anything for me as I always fear because of the cost usually associated with it. I have tried powders, liquids, and even rented machines several times to tackle it but came up unsuccessful. Finally I searched for "plumbers" online and the Roto-Rooter site came up. The free estimate they advertise REALLY made me feel more comfortable. I called the location on 1430 West Fullerton in Addison, IL. I made an appointment between 8-10 am. Bill came in and was very professional. He spoke very clearly and slowly and explained step by step what he would do. He even explained the steps again while he performed the job. After he cleared the line, he repeated the process several times for good measure. Finally he replaced everything, filled up both sinks bowls with water and I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY WATER DRAIN SO FAST IN THAT SINK! IT EVEN MADE THAT GREAT SOUND IN THE END! I had a recurring problem with my plumbing and a downstairs business. Vladmir came on a Sunday, right away, and was very professional and thorough. He visited the other tennants in my building, the
business below, and spoke to the workers working on the roof of my building to get his opinion. He also gave me a discount on a camera rooting to help me protect myself from plumbing problems that aren't the fault of my unit but the fault of the association. The bill ended up being less than the last time I was rooted six months ago.

Do Not use Roto Rooter at all, technician are misleading and lie and insult customer.
I had schedule service between 3: too PM to 5:00 PM on 07/17/2008. Technician arrived at 5:15 PM. which I understood. He first looked in less than a minutes and loosen Kitchen Faucet by doing that
and told me he have to take faucet a part and look at the issue and charge me $165 if faucet is not bad, Facet is only 1 year old and I knew faucet is not a problem at all. Finally I said if you he fixes the problem I will pay for it. Then he ask me sign the paper which was blank., He started the work with out any tools at all and in next 5 minute he told me problem has been fixed and he did not even touch the faucet. I ask him to show me that it is not leaking any more. He keep saying it has been fix just pay me and reality water is still leaking from Garbage disposal. After then their manager called me for payment I asked them to send better technician and then I will pay, he threatened me.
Finally I had to ask him to leave since he was yelling at me and my kids were scared from him and he told me you call people to work for free in your house and much other stuff. He was not leaving the house at all I was scared never know people carry Gun. Finally I had to call my husband come home to handle him.…
