Outstanding Service !!!!. I would like to Thank the employees at Available Roadside for the terrific job their driver and dispatcher did make sure all of our needs were met by their company. Our truck broke down at the motel we were staying at in downtown and we had no ideal what we were going to do with it because of the size and the fact that the weather had just started to get crappy. We searched for some local towing companies and we read the reviews of available roadside and decided to give them a shot. Their service was so very professional and the whole staff was very helpful. Our fleet company had our truck towed to a ford dealer about 15 miles from where we were staying at and that was going to make this a difficult tow since getting back to my motel would be a burden. Their dispatcher let me know they would be able to tow my truck and I could stay at the motel and their driver would take care of all the necessary paper work at the dealer that needed to filled out. Truth be told I really was not sure what I was going to do in this situation and this company guided me through all the steps I needed to get our company truck back on the road and make it as easy on me as they could. Excellent and Very Very Professional. Our company truck broke down on I-294 last week I called over 7 different towing company's and only Available roadside would tell us the cost for a tow. Their dispatcher said they could have a tow truck out to me in less than 40 minutes just as soon as we hung up the phone. I hung up the phone with their dispatcher and not less then a minute went by and I received a phone call from a driver named Lou who told me he would be out there in about 35 Min to help me well heck he was their and 33 min. I was kind of concerned because of the style of tow truck he had because I had a 4x4 vehicle, But after Lou showed me the proper way to tow our truck on his equipment and explained to me with each step what he was doing and why it needed to done in that order. I felt 100% better, Thank you Lou,Not many companies will take the time to explain and show you the way you are towing their car or truck, Again Thank you Available Roadside

Ripoff!. Unbelievable! We called this company because of reviews on this site. What a ripoff! First, they had another tow company, Illinois Towing Service, Inc., do the tow for them. It took them four hours to get to our truck, then charged for 3 1/2 hours of service for what took them a little over an hour. I spoke to someone from Illinois Towing and he said they always charge 2 hours minimum travel time from their facility in Glenview, and then back again. So the total charge was $650.00.

We had told Available Towing we wanted roadside service (possible jump) but Illinois Towing said they were never told that and so did nothing but tow. Available - be careful who you refer business to because it's a reflection on you!

Fast Service and Very Professional. These guy's helped me out when I was involved in a traffic accident with towing my lincoln town car to my home. Their number was given to me by State Farm Insurance so I figured they had to be a good towing company. They driver arrived very quickly to get my car out of the street. the truck was very clean compaired to some other towing services whom had showed up and was insisting they were sent out by my insurance company. Price was fair and the driver made sure I was safe and gave me several options as to what I could do with the car to have it repaired. I have since used their service to tow my 911 which I later found out they are the same company whichs tows for my Repair shop.. What a small world this is and in such a small world you should hold dear services which put you first because not many out there do any longer.

Real honest towing company with great values.. I was stuck on the 290 near Damen ave and had to flat tires on my car. I called the police who said they would sent out a petrol car to help me and idot. After about 30 minutes of waiting I used my gps unit to find a local towing company and found Available roadside. they said I needed a flatbed truck because I had 2 flat tires and they would have one out to me in about 20 minutes. Their truck arrived even before the idot truck and the police showed up. they towed me to cassidy tires and had me on my way in about 2 hours. very fair pricing and super fast service. Thank you Available Roadside for the rescue

Nice Chicago Towing Company. This towing company helped me find a towing company which was near me even thought they were not close to me to help. I wanted to let them know I loved the customer service from this Chicago towing company very much

Another Very Nice Towing Company. Me again!!! I thought I should let people know about this company also. Now I did not use this company to service me but they were very nice enough to direct me to the company I did use and very patient with me while I was distraught about my car being dead. They explained to me where they are located at and how long it would be and they said they could refer me to a faster service and boy did they. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction I will use your service next if I ever have a break down again.
