Unprofessional Company - they don't deserve a star

I did a search online for appliance repair shops and two companies populated from my search. Not even five minutes later I received a call from Mainstream. I thought to myself this company is extremely efficient so I made the appointment. The technician was late and I informed them to charge my card for one half of the fee and my card was charged for the entire fee. I let that go (my appliance was repaired). I then referred my mom and they arrived to repair her appliance and did so. The part that they replaced was faulty and my mom made numerous attempts to contact the company and no one would return her call. Her appliance is still not fixed and she has never heard anything else from this company. THIS IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
