In Short – A large wood carved sign is sandwiched between bars and souvenir shops and liquor stores, and Wrigley Field looms only blocks north. The one-room bar is simple: exposed brick and dark wood set the no-nonsense tone, and a long bar mirrors an opposite long bench upholstered in tufted, black leatherette. Several flat screens air sports, attracting a cap-wearing, 20-30 something crowd. Beer is king--50-plus come in bottles or from the ceramic tower tap.
Great bar with great food.

The Details on Yard
Where to Sit:
The full-length bench against the wall is great for scoping the bar and the game. Other than that though, the best seats in the house are out back on the terrific courtyard.
The Extras:
During warmer months the courtyard opens, featuring cabana-like sections. These must be rented in advance and seat around 12---perfect for holding it down on game-day. The bar opens around 11am on Cubs home games, so plan in advance.
Parking:
It should go without saying: Parking in Wrigleyville during the Cubs season is painful. Leave the car at home, or be prepared to pony up some serious dough to stow your wheels.
