Yummy fun!

Me, my husband, and another couple took a cooking class with Chef Robin this past weekend. It was a "just for fun" thing......but it turned into so much more! I feel like I can totally have a dinner party and 'wow' my guests now! I can't wait to cook holiday dinners for my family!
Chef Robin taught us so much in only about 4 hours! Not only did we learn how to make FANTASTIC tasting dishes but we learned all these little tips and tricks that make prep time faster! The dishes were all surprisingly quick and so, so tasty! We got to eat everything we made and she had the recipes printed out for us to take home. And we didn't have to do any dishes! :)
The next day my husband and I made the baked brie we learned in class and it turned out great!
- Pros: Robin is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable immediately! Oh, and she's a fabulous chef! :)
Fun Idea for a Get Together with Friends

I recently was looking for something fun to do with a group of my girlfriends. I ended up asking Chef Robin for a cooking class at my home. We got to pick the menu, from appetizer to dessert and she came to my house fully prepared. She even brought us a bottle of wine! All we had to do was sit down, sip our wine and enjoy an awesome cooking demonstration. AND we got to eat everything she made which was absolutely delicious! She also printed out all the recipes for everyone to take home. Chef Robin is very professional but also so much fun. She has a lot of energy and is very knowledgeable. I keep trying to come up with another excuse to have her over again. I think it would be a great idea to do birthdays, showers, etc this way.
Great Chef!

In the year since meeting Chef Robin, I?ve had many delicious meals. I had a formal dinner party for 10 in my home that was more relaxing and less expensive than going to eat at a restaurant because Chef Robin took care of all the details. She helped orchestrate every aspect of the evening from wine, appetizer, entree, side dishes to dessert. When she left, she had even cleaned up. I couldn't wait to have her back. Working with Chef Robin is a pleasure and will make any dining event more special.
- Pros: I only had to set the table!
- Cons: She's can't move in.
