Rude to Customers. The food is good but the people taking the orders are rude and roll their eyes at you. In the beginning I thought that they were just in a hurry to get the food orders in and get the food as quickly as they could to the customers.

Three days ago they messed up my order, and when I went back they acted as though i was scamming them. The owner is rude and nasty to the customers. I am done! I will not spend another nickle in that place. Don't go there!!!!!!!

owner is disrespectful and bitter. a friend of mine went back to the counter because her order was wrong and the owner snatched it out of her hand and made sarcastic remarks. even the customer next to her made a comment about how rude he was. when he gave her the new sandwich, he sneered and made even more rude comments. i could even tell how bitter a person he was from across the restaurant. i will not support a business where management is ignorant. i will also be sure to tell all my neighbors and friends.

Don't go here. Period. I went here with my grandparents. We're standing there deciding what we want, and they're like "Come on, we need your order". We just plain and simple walked out. If thats how they're going to treat their customers, I wouldn't bother giving them any business. Infact, I wouldn't recommend going to any of the pops resturants, its same way at the one in Orland Park. Very bad service, go somewhere else.

Great broasted chicken. My wife and I go to Pops in Mokena quite a bit, we have always had excellent service and great tasting food, all of it, but especiallyy the chicken.

Sounds to me like the operson who had bad service may have the issue.

Unethical behavior. I had the unfortunate pleasure of eating at Pop's Italian Beef & Sausage. The first issue that I had at this Mokena location was that the service by the owner left a sour taste in my mouth. I stood waiting for someone to take my order for sometime. Now I know that a Friday lunch rush can be busy anywhere, but this was simply ridiculous.

Once my order was taken it surprised me that the only ones making the food were people who could not speak any English. This took me by surprise and I wonder how many of them could be illegal immigrants working under the table. This restaurant has given me such a distaste for there food because of the service and the employees/owner.

In addition as I sat with my friends to enjoy my lunch I couldn't help but have my attention drawn once again to the poor representation and professionalism this restaurant has. The owner, (and yes it was the owner because a asked one of the employees who a certain person was), was lets say not upholding a professional business manner with his fellow employees. Once again I found this to be very distasteful and unethical. One would think that a owner of a company would have better morals and respect for those that work for him. The explicit and inappropriate remarks and physical touching is not appropriate for a mom and Pop's family restaurant.
