Complimentary Drinks, Nice Staff, and Great Selection. From walking in the curtained doors I couldn't have been more surprised. Comfy leather sofa chairs, tables surrounded by bar stools, and a complimentary refreshment stand all stand when first entering. If the guy behind the counter doesn't greet you immediately it's because hes helping a customer find a new favorite, the staff is amazing.

Moving on the selection of Cigars is fantastic, Binny's offered a small portion of what Belicoso did, and the staff knew less to boot. Give the staff the vaguest of of peferences and 9 times out of 10 they will choose a superb cigar for the occasion.

For those that choose to enjoy themselves on the premises, free drinks are a nice touch. Plop down in a leather sofa chair and watch some sports, even better have a chat with one of the regulars, theres sure to be an interesting convo going on.

Finally, the selection of humidors is amazing, my son was able to find a reasonably priced one and the staff help him set it up to boot! I've found my new hangout so honey you can take the garage!!

The best Cigar shop in the Chicago land Area. First of all, the staff is VERY friendly and knowledgable about cigars. They know exactly what they're talking about. The prices are also CHEAPER than binny's plus the cigars are much better. It's a very comfortable place for a man to come and relax, enjoy a game on T.V, and have some good coffee and soda. Joe B, seems to be a HATE TYRANT, writing bad reviews all over the internet aren't going to get the place to close down. And another thing, you can't speak MUSLIM. Muslim isn't a language. The people are Lebanese, you're bound to hear them speaking in foreign some time or the other. I'd reccomend Belicoso Cigar lounge to anyone, it seriously is the best in the Midwest.

STAY AWAY!!!. What a waste. Talk about people ruining a good thing. Customers are OK but staff is a joke. Mr. Rida who manages the place doesn't know the first thing about cigars and couldn't care less. All he does is stare at a computer and talk on his cell phone in Muslim.

I heard he has gotten in numerous fights with customers. Can you believe that? How does he expect to grow sales pissing people off. Go to Binny's across the street. Very good selection and a very friendly cigar expert that really cares about his customers. I bough a box at Binny's and a week later the guy at Binny's called me to ask me how I was liking the Padrons. Where have you ever heard of that kind of service before?

Belicoso could be a great place they just need to fire the staff.
