Times are Hard But.... Went to the Friday', September 3rd 8:00pm show and used my Groupon (yeah Groupon) which included admission and a soda per person.

The cast was funny but the push for the 1 drink per person purchase is beyond ridiculous. My Groupon stated admission and a soft drink. No problem, yet. After we are seated we are told there is a 1 drink minimum required. We had a drink included with our admission. What else do you want? I paid the extra $4 but the point of it is I would never consider going there again since they are so desperate for a lousy $2 more per person. Maybe it was because their Friday, 8 p.m. show only had 15 audience members. It could have been a nice place to have a teenager's birthday party.

Laughed so hard my cheekbones hurt. Our first date night in nearly 2 years we wanted something special, and with the way things are what better way to spend time than with a good laugh. Totally, completely worth the endeavor. Yeah, it was $23 a ticket (they could nix the handling charge of $7 as there was nothing to handle), but it was more fun than going to a movie.

So funny! A must stop!. I was on a 2nd date and it was still a little awkward for us. When we went to the Comdey Shrine, neither of us could stop laughing. It really broke the ice and the show was hilarious. It's a small room with maybe 15 tables, but the show is all improv and completely thought up on the spot. It's amazing what the comedians come up with on their own. They like to get the audience involved and even if your shy, you'll probably find yourself chimming in every once in a while. The entire place is decorated with comedians of all times. There is no wall inside that club that isn't covered with posters, pictures and comedic memorablia. If your in the neighboorhood, you should take a look....it will defenitely make you laugh.
