I LOVE this place! Last week it was my wedding anniversary. My husband purchased a chocolate mani/pedi for us both. Our appointment was at 4:00; I headed straight for the salon after my last client at 3:00. Being brand new to this city I don't know the best routes to take so I follow my GPS indefinitely. Even though it was a Tuesday-the traffic on the highway was ridicules! I called my husband (hands free!:-) and asked him to call the salon to see if they would take us even though I would be late. They graciously said yes to another 10-15 minutes. In thinking I would only be a little late, much to my dismay I continued to only move 5 mph on the highway-so I called my husband again and asked if he would call again and move the appointment to 4:30. AGAIN, the graciously said yes-without attitude, difficulty or remorse.

We walked into the salon together (he waited for me) and they greeted us with big smiles mentioning nothing of our lateness(of course we did apologize and thanked them immensely).

I happen to forget the name of my manicurist (this doesnt mean she didnt leave a good impression, I am sick and have severe memory fog) but she was amazing. I never say it, but when I go into a salon I really dont like talking because I spend my entire day talking, and listening and all I want to do is just relax and have "me" time. And she did just that-we had minimal conversation-she was very pleasant, respectful, and a joy to be around. She made me feel very comfortable and for once I felt very relaxed.

To top it off she just an AMAZING job on my nails-seriously amazing doesnt even describe it. I am very particular about my nails and it was just perfect. The best part of it all was that I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk out I manage to smudge my nails (i know this is my fault) however, whatever they used (i choose the nail-polish that wasn't opi-I think it started with an E) it NEVER chipped or smudged! It isnt until now a week later that the nail polish is slightly started to wear off-which is completely normal.

Thank you very much for making our anniversary RELAXING-thank you for understanding and thank you for such a pleasant experience. I will never forget it!And when I love something (or despise it) I TELL EVERYONE :-)

Oh, and my husband enjoyed it too:-) Happy wife-happy life :-)

So I decided to visit CFYB despite all reviews, HAD A WONDERFUL experience!! The staff there was pretty friendly. My NoChip mani and pedi were wonderful. I got my mani done 2 weeks ago and is still on!! Defenetely going back.

Excellent service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My Shellac manicure lasted almost 3 weeks! I highly recommend this place!!!

Sweat place like a chocolate:). My friend and I came in for the chococholic mani/pedi and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and on top of things. This was hands down the best mani/pedi we have ever had.

Rude and inconsiderate owner.. I was a faithful customer of this establishment for about a year until something unthinkable happened. I was abruptly cancelled to accomodate a spa party that was just booked. I was not very happy. I spoke to the owner that told me that she thought the customers would be okay. I went on to explain that my time during the week is very limited which is why I always shedule my appointments on saturdays. I informed the manager that the party would generate more money then what I would be paying and that was the sole reason why I was not being accomodated. The owner was so small minded to think that I should change my work schedule to accomodate them. They should be accomodating me not the other way around. My thought is if she does this now then will she do it again. The owner could not understand or even care that I was upset about the cancellation. So the best thing for me to do was never go back. Maria was always wonderful but the new owner sucks big time at customer service skills and she will be de downfall of this establishment being successful. Bree was also very wonder. Sasha, I believe her name, seems very could. SO needless to say, I had a good run and the party is over.

Great Experience !. I always have a great experience when i go to CFYB. Customer service is great, they always answer phones and offer something to drink. Technicians there are super friendly and always doing a great job ! What i love best about CFYB is they appreciate every client and have a lot of sales and specials every month. I recommend going to CFYB if you are looking for a way to relax or just pamper yourself at a great price ! =)
