Horrible Delivery and Customer Service. I will never order from this place again. I placed a delivery order via Grub Hub listing my correct address. The Grub Hub information told me that the order was supposed to come a little before 8. I got a call just shortly after 8 from the doorman from the building 2 blocks away (same street number, just different street) saying that the delivery guy ended up there. I explained where I live to the doorman and he sent the delivery guy in the right direction. You would think that my order would then come 5 minutes later, 10 minutes top. Wrong. It took the driver another 30 minutes to come to my place and that was only after I called Apart about it,. While I complained about it to Apart, the girl on the phone was unwilling to help me and making the excuse that it was a busy night. And the driver claimed that it did not take him that long to get to my place even though I have the caller id with the time on it showing when the doorman from the 1st place called. I now have my cold food 30 minutes later than expected and I can't even enjoy my food even though I heard it was delicious. Grub Hub on the other hand was very courteous and helpful (I had contacted them to try to at least take off the tip even though I really just wanted to cancel the order). They could not do that but they did offer me a gift certificate for the full amount of my order. So Grub Hub I give 5 stars while Apart gets -5 stars.…
A profound Pizza Experience and unsurpassed Value!. I will keep this short. Amazing toppings. Amazing Crust. Amazing Pizza. And the price in Chicago can NOT be beat. Try it once and you'll be hooked. I was!
tasty pizza. Crispy and hot with sauce, served within 5 minutes. If you haven't tried them yet, I bet you will definitely plan your second visit after your first one. Its really impossible to forget the taste. Just excellent.…

Fantastic brick oven baked thin crust pizza, pies and calzones. Very good taste, affordable price.
You only wait about 10 minutes for your order, fresh from the oven. I think that they were recently overwhelmed with to many customers.
Still highly recommended…
Great Traditional Pizza. love that they have 2 different locations so I can go to any one and enjoy there pizza. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and they have GREAT lunch specials. You get a 10" pizza with pop for like $6. At times like we're in now, I appreciate businesses that can adjust and take care of their clientele. Hats off to you Apart Pizza!…
