In Short – Attention all DIY gurus: No need to wait two times a year for the anticipated Renegade Craft Fair. This no-frills, blue checker-floored shop is packed with unique weaves and hand-spun yarn, hand-painted, stationary, shadow puppets and other funky finds from 70-plus vendors across the country, plus wooden jewelry and coin purses sewn by co-owners Sue Blatt and Kathleen Habbley. A retro corner displays used jeans and tees, frilly handmade dresses and other throwbacks.

Fun Fact:
Blatt and Habbley started the Renegade Craft Fair back in 2003 after selling crafts in college; now it's so popular, there are two each year in Chicago and another one in Brooklyn, New York.
