The Fitness Lair : Work & Results. I love training at the Fitness Lair. It?s about getting down to the basics and working hard. For the first time in my life, I felt okay with pushing myself. Frank, made me feel like I could do it. Training at the Fitness Lair brought me a new healthy confidence and desire. I never could remember a time in my life where I wanted to workout. It made me not only want to workout, but workout hard. And how's this for results? I lost three pounds over the holidays. Enough said.

Fitness that Changes Your Life!. If you want to lose weight and get into the best shape possible-then the UNICUS Fitness Lair is for you. Frank and his team of fitness experts will push you to your full potential to obtain maximum results. I have been attending group fitness classes at the 233 N. Michigan Ave. location since March 2008. By the end of December, I reached my weight loss goal of 36 pounds, and look and feel terrific. Really-UNICUS changed my life, because I was the laziest and most inactive person on the planet! But now I look forward to going to class as well as working out on my own. And the best part-is that this life changing decision is really affordable. I'm a single parent with a pretty tight budget, but I am able to afford their services. Truly, if UNICUS was able to motivate me towards a healthy lifestyle-it can and will work for you too.

Fantastic results for a great price. I worked with UNICUS and they got me into the best shape of my life while making the workouts fun. It was all built and programmed for my personal results. No fluff and not a lot of amenities at their place, just the results, which were phenomenal! I recommend them to anyone serious about getting results.
