The worst service. By steel - Jul 10, 2010

We had booked our tables in advance. When we reached there the waitress kept running away from us and pretending they could not see us. Then they said that they had given our table away to their friends and their friends were more important to them because they came there everyday and spent 1000s of dollars and we were not very important. They actually put a table outside in the parking lot. We left. When we asked for the owner he pretended to be a waiter and kept pushing a young asian waitress as if it was her business. The worst service ever. Please do not go there.‎

down to earth turkish food. Good food. In fact, some dishes were really special including the yogurt/cucumber appetizer and baked feta-stuffed phyllo. It's a BYOB so prices are reasonable. Hostess was great: very attentive, friendly, jovial. the inside seating area is very small: one long table and three small rounds, so I'd recommend making a reservation if you plan on eating inside. In the summer, though, you should consider eating outside since the air conditioning inside is meager. Outside, there is a patio on the west side and one on the sidewalk. The one on the sidewalk has a better breeze but more noise. If neither appeal to you, you can order ahead and pick up their delightful fair and bring it home to your air conditioned home or you can go in the autumn.

Turkish Foods Were Delicious. I went to Turkish restaurant. the foods really delicious. I ate Kebab and baklava that is a dessert. They were excellent. I hadn't ate Turkish foods before, but i will eat always :)

The services was good. The waiters good about jobs.

Wonderfully fresh. Everything I've had from Cafe Orchid is great. The meats and veggies are all fresh, and you can tell that each dish is prepared by hand. It may be simple, but their hummus is the best around, and the baklava is a delicious, buttery, flaky treat that I would eat every day if I could!

Great food, great service and great price.. Me and my friends love to dine at cafe orchid. They have tasty appetizers like the feta cigars, hummos and eggplant musakka. My favorite main dishes include, liver, chicken kabob, turkish raviolli and orchids favorite. You must try the custard for dessert. The service has always been great for me, very friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this great little restaurant to hang out with friends for a great meal at an excellent price.

Casual dine-in or carry out Turkish restaurant in Wrigleyville wows with its authentic, farm-fresh dishes.. In Short
Diners grab Turkish grub to go in front, head to the picnic benches out front or snag seats in the bare-bones back room-complete with Turkish channel-tuned TV. Fragrant kabobs arrive alongside fluffy rice, while ravioli gets a twist with a stuffing of lamb and garlicky yogurt sauce. Vegetarians won't leave hungry either thanks to tomato-based vegetable stew. Seafood dishes include rainbow trout bathed in butter and cooked in a traditional ceramic dish.
