LOVE LOVE LOVE Jerrys..... Cannot stress that enough. I cannot say enough about Jerry's. I used to frequent the original location on Madison when I lived in that area. I was ecstatic to find they had opened one up in Wicker Park where I currently live. My bf and I eat there once a week I would say. I've tried many sandwiches. All of them fantastic. You haaaave to get your selection on a pretzel roll. It's the best. I've probably been to this location 20 times for either dine in or pick up and only one time was mine or my bfs order wrong. That one time instead of potato salad they gave me pasta salad as one of my sides. No biggie. If you are in the area I would definitely give it a try. You'll be glad you did.

WORST service. Good sandwiches IF they get the order right.. I have been here several times and can sum up my experiences to be:

The sandwiches here are good when they get your order right. 70% of the time, they won't. They'll give you your sandwhich missing essential ingredients and plop a sparse, bland stack of food in front of you. They'll get it right once you send it back.

Don't expect service with a smile---or any acknowledgement for that matter. Oh wait, my waiter once said to me "you sure did scarf that down fast."

A year's worth of sandwiches and beer in Wicker Park.. In Short
The glassy, modern façade looks club-ready. A long corridor offers window-pane views of the adjacent dining area. A large, round bench is upholstered in basket-weave leather, accented by several low dining tables and the bar. A glance up reveals handsome exposed-beam ceilings and two striking chandeliers crafted from kitchen utensils. The young crowd washes down 60 craft beers and ploughs through 100 sandwiches, like the Henhous, stacked with chicken salad, bacon and swiss.
