“am simply a diner who is looking for a good meal, at a fair price where I can enjoy a much needed evening out with my friends.”
P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Amazing!.
Disclaimer: I am not a restaurant critic nor am I affiliated in any way to P.F. Chang's. I am simply a diner who is looking for a good meal, at a fair price where I can enjoy a much needed evening out with my friends.
In one simple word, my experience at P.F. Chang's was amazing!
The staff was attentive but not hovering, the food was flavorful, hot and done to perfection. Appetizers, dinner and dessert arrived as a well timed orchestrated event. The entire experience was one of pleasure and joy.
Why may you ask am I writing this review. Because I believe to many times I have been disappointed and left a restaurant feeling my hard earned dollars could have been spent better. Instead last night I left P.F. Chang's feeling as though the evening was perfect and since those evening's do not come by often, I needed to share my experience. In conclusion I would like to say, if you are looking for a great place to eat put P.F. Chang's in Orland Park, IL on your list, you will not be disappointed!
Keep Driving Until You find a real chinese restaurant. This has got to be the worst corporate inspired restaurant EVER. Food is barely average, the serving sizes were smaller than what you would normally take home from your neighborhood Chinese restaurant. They take themselves way to serious, right down to the way they pretentiously fold their take-home bags. I only took leftovers home, because for the price, it was a sin to leave anything! The server was polite, but why do I get the feeling the staff probably had to attend some kind of corporate class to be a server and learn how to fold a bag, and explain to you what soy sauce is. I love trying new restaurants, but unless you want a pretentious corporate inspired Chinese theme with sub par food and high prices, just stick to a local restaurant or better yet go to Chinatown if you can handle the traffic. Oh yeah, by the way, don't expect free tea brought to your table, and the topper was, they try to act Chinese restaurant like by bringing you fortune cookies with your check, but just try to find an egg roll on the menu...man,...epic failure!
GREAT FOOD, always a "happing".
I know this sounds silly, but the first time i ate at a PF Chang's was because I saw it on the "OC" hahaha
but seriously.. it is really good, its fine chinese dining. VERY VERY good, the food is REALLY tasty! and some good deserts. I don't drink but they have a nice bar area.
I def. recommend making reservations, the wait is usually long, ESPECIALLy on the weekend!! WHEW!
