Tips for Cost Cutters

So glad Cost Cutters has opened in town. I am so glad to see Cost Cutters has opened. I really enjoy having a family salon so close to home, and the awesome team of stylists make my family feel special each time we visit. The prices are great, and with the sale going on, you cant find a better place to get your hair done. The management and staff not only cut hair well, but the atmosphere is fun and inviting and they always have a great attitude when we come in.

So many retail stores have dropped the ball on customer service, but the Naperville Cost Cutters is really putting their best feet forward. Give them a try, you wont go anywhere else.

Terrible Customer Service. I am so disgusted with the lack of professionalism. I got my hair permanently dyed at at Cost Cutters and the dye went through the cape and got all over my t-shirt but since it was just a tshirt I did not make a big deal of it.

Then I did my first shampoo at home and I had to wash my hair 4xs because so much dye was coming out of it and all over my tub, walls and floors. I called them to find out what was going on with my hair and they just suggested I blow dry it until the owner could call me back. So I decided to drive over there since the owner Deena could not seem to call back right away and I was making a big drippy mess in the bathroom.

The salon worker told me I was gonna have to pay for them to shampoo the dye out ... after I asked her why I would pay to have the hair dye they put in my hair rinsed out she called Deena who cleared a free shampoo for me. That was about all she had to offer. She never even got on the phone with me to apologize for my bad experienced or ruined shirt. She didn't even offer me a refund or discount even though I brought my ruined tshirt in. Talk about crappy customer service. That would have never happened at Frank Gironda.

This place deserves negative stars!
