Absolutely THE WORST. I would give it 1 star if possible. These people collect money for the services they don't provide. With both DirecTV and internet, they put too may users on the same resource and then act surprised when this doesn't work. I wonder how they worm themselves into so many buildings... Their technicians are totally illiterate, as well.…
Terrible Service. Access Media is awful. Second time with the same Directv problem and told the soonest service call would be in 6 days. This was after extensive time spent with Directv troubleshooting. Phone agent was not interested in the problem, refusing to let me speak with a superviser. Gave me a voice mail to leave a message. Asked for a return call. Never got one. Dish Network was so much better for our condo association.…
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ACCESS MEDIA SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!. If your condo association is considering using Access Media, DON'T!! TERRIBLE. WORST COMPANY EVER. EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE HAS A SH!TTY ATTITUDE. Trying to charge me outrageous amounts of money for "deposits" on DirecTVs equipment when even DirecTV wouldnt charge me.
I asked her about this and she said nothing she could do and hung up.
We have 7 Ethernet ports in our apartment. we couldnt find the one that was "active" so after 8 calls and a hour of holding they sent someone out but not until 2 weeks later. Come to find out one was behind a false wall in the coat closet. Wanted to charge $75 to activate another one in a location that could actually be UTILIZED.
