In Short
In a perfect world, everything in life would as flexible as at this restaurant. Its various three-egg omelets come with hash browns or rice and can be ordered all day, and its lunch dishes, such as Bi Bim Bop--fresh veggies mixed with choice of meat or tofu and topped with a fried egg and red-hot paste over rice--can be ordered at breakfast. The generic mauve colored tables and chairs and scary dime store clown paintings don't earn praises, but the food and company, in the form of one-woman kitchen/host Susie, certainly compensates.
