Unreliable Shutter company

I have done business with this company in the past, I also have done a referral to my inlaw. But this current issue that I am having with this company is pissing me off. They have my money and will not keep appointments that have been set. Return phone calls are nill and void. The name I know this company by is Chicago One Shutters, the name is different but the address and phone number are the same. When I spend my money I expect to get what I pay for, I understand tha things come up that cause delays but if this is not communicated to me what should I think but that this company is BS-ing me around.
