Our new favorite Mexican. We've been looking for a reasonably-priced Mexican restaurant with great food -- and we finally found it. Service is great -- although we have our favorite server, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great tequila selection -- and at reasonable prices. But the best part is the food -- there have been one or two misses, but almost everything is great. The seafood bites appetizer is a wonderfully spicy mix of seafood and salad greens, and the portobello quesadillas are the best we've had. It's a very contemporary menu -- and even the old standbys usually have a twist to them. We'll keep returning every other week.

Colorful Edgewater spot serves up authentic Mexican fare at resonable prices with a wide array of margaritas.. In Short
This Edgewater restaurant is anything but "little" with a spacious dining room, open kitchen and high ceilings. A corner location allows plenty of natural light to spill into windows, bringing out a rich palette of bright greens, reds, and yellows. Sepia-toned photographs of Mexico and Chicago appear on the walls opposite the center-situated round bar. The upbeat Mexican music complements the lively atmosphere and flavorful fare, including a sampler of seven salsas.
