Package, staff & music are GREAT!. My friend just celebrated her 25th birthday party on a friday and it was the GREAT! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable of our arrangements. When we arrived at the venue, Ranzy greeted us and introduced us to our bottle service host James who was the best! He took us at our table as promised for 20 people and decorated with balloons and which had the complimentary bottle of champagne as promised. I have been to many birthday parties at many clubs, but none as smooth as this one! I would recommend Ontourage for anyone wanting to celebrate their birthday party! Call Ranzy at Ontourage, he is the best at working with you and making sure everything turns out right! I'll be back to celebrate my birthday there as well!

the WORST customer service ever received!. I celebrated my 24th Birthday here and it was a disaster! It was absolutely THE WORST customer service Ive ever received! When I made bottle service arrangements over the phone, I was promised VIP seating for 12 and no cover for anyone. The VIP host advised me to arrive no later than 11pm. When we arrived before 11pm he told me that the upstairs VIP area wasnt ready and got us a booth that seated 3 people! The waitress was rude, we repeatedly had to ask for more mixers and glasses, one of the bottles was NOT the brand I ordered, and some members of my group were asked to pay cover at the door! I will NEVER go back there again and have advised my friends to do the same. Please pass the word on. I would hate for anyone else to have a birthday ruined like mine was.

Don't think you'll get in. Ontourage will let you stand in line for two hours, but they don't seem to have any intention of letting non-VIP's get in. My friend set up a party there, through them, and they never let any of his friends get in. The atmosphere was dead - good music but zombie crowd.
