Will NEVER go here again!. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, HEARTLESS management & policies! My friend booked a prenatal massage for her and I a week in advance. The morning of our appt I had to be admitted to the hospital due to a complication with my pregnancy. My friend kept her appt and explained to them my situation. THEY REFUSED TO OVERLOOK THEIR 6hr cancellation policy and charged me 50% of the massage. EVEN AFTER I OFFERED TO BRING IN MY HOSPITAL ADMISSION PAPERWORK proving I PHYSICALLY was not able to keep the appt. Had I known I was going to the hospital obviously I would've cancelled in advance, however, it was a last minute emergency that came up 2 hrs before the appt. I spoke with TAMARA the manager and she would absolutely not refund the fee or even give me a credit for a future appt.

This spa must be incredibly hard up for money, and as I see from another recent post, have NO respect for pregnant women. I seriously cannot believe they would rather stick to their cancellation policy rather than give someone IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A UNPLANNED EMERGENCY a break. We will NEVER go here again!

Amazing Experience Start To Finish. From the Ease of the Validated Parking Garage across the street to the absolutely beautiful interior I can't say enough. But RELAXED says it all. I had the most amazing massage with Susan. My jaw had been killing me for weeks, couldn't stop grinding my teeth at night, she knew exactly what to do and WOW I feel great, couldn't wait to get home and write this. That's how good I feel. I did stop use their Sauna, I can't remember what makes it special but it certainly is can't get a massage anymore without using the sauna. Thanks again, I'll be back soon!!

Allyu special 1 hour massage $65, normally $90. If you havent been to this place, prepare to be floored. Its time to get yourself that massage. You can't pass it up, today (10/30) Groupon (getyourgroupon com) has negotiated with Allyu so that you can get a 1 hour massage for just $65. You can use the voucher anytime, you just have to buy it today

Try Elizabeth for waxing and Susie for pedicures!. You will definitely not be disappointed by this spa! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly, relaxed staff who go out of their way to make you feel completely at ease. My waxing was done by Elizabeth; not only is she extremely attentive, but she works quickly and makes the procedure virtually painless. My pedicure was done by Susie, whom I've been to a couple of times in the past. And unlike some pedicures that I have had at other salons/spas, this was extremely comfortable. She is very gentle; in short, I didn't feel like my feet were being scrubbed/exfoliated to death. She also has great recommendations for color, and my last color application lasted close to three weeks! I will definitely be back for these services, and others!

Here, it’s the whole look and feel of tranquility, right down to the reclaimed wood floors, stone walls and meditation lounge of Moroccan proportions, that sends guests into a trance. Inside a massive, candle-lit tent, spa-goers sink into comfy chaises cordoned off by gauzy curtains while ambient light and a soundtrack of sultry, Indian-esque beats, Celtic sirens and “forest” music initiate the first phase of relaxation. Treatment rooms square off each end of the tent, where soft-spoken aestheticians exfoliate, cleanse and moisturize with sweet-smelling creams and spritzes. Massages, which are 40, 60 and 90 minutes long, attend to the body’s worst kinks. And if that doesn’t work, the infrared sauna and solo shower rooms--equipped with rainfall-style heads--should do the trick.
