Freddie's office saved me a lot of money!. The whole staff at Freddie's office is awesome. They really saved me a lot of money when I was shopping for auto insurance recently. Not only that but they have also been able to help me with my homeowners and life insurance and I even got a car loan through them.

Best State Farm Insurance Agency in Chicago, IL!. I was with some cheap sub-standard insurance company before I decided to shop around for a better deal. I so glad I switched to State Farm!! I saved a lot of money, and the staff at the Villacci agency is SO friendly and helpful!

Freddie's agency has been great to work with. Your agency has been so wonderful throughout my entire transfer process of switching carriers. Im surprised it took me this long to realize how great State Farm is, especially the Villacci staff! Not only have you made this easy on me but I feel that you are looking out for my best interest and provide such great customer service.

Really helpful office, everyone is very professional. Freddie Villacci's State Farm office has been fantastic to work with. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, not to mention their office hours are extended which is so helpful! They really take the time to make sure my questions and insurance needs are taken care of.

Always friendly and professional. My State Farm agency has always been extremely helpful. Anytime that I call or email the staff they respond promptly. They are always very friendly and professional. I look forward to my future relationship with Freddie Villacci's State Farm!

Staff is wonderful and helpful. For years I was with a different company and found it in my best interest to leave and go with State Farm. I have never experienced such great service in an insurance agency, until now. The staff is wonderful and have helped in explaining the policies. I have recommended my entire family and will continue in spreading the word of your agency.

Very impressed with the service here. I am always impressed by the service at the Freddie Villacci Agency. My family is very thankful to have such a great team not only looking out for our policies, but also our families best interest. I will be a State Farm customer for life!

Freddie Villacci's agency is fantastic. I went to one of those internet companies to save a few dollars a month. In the time that I was gone I realized that the service that I left at the Villacci agency was not worth those few dollars a month. The staff really knows what they are doing and whenever I needed them they were there. I would much rather talk to a team member there than an 800 number or call center where I don't know who I am talking to. Needless to say I am once again a part of the State Farm Villacci family.
