Some waitress are just horrible, so does the Manager

Me and my co-worker went there for lunch on 4/7 during lunch hour, not busy, get the seat right away, place in the order with the waitress, 30-45 minutes later realizing few other tables who came after us has gotten their food which is when the waitress reliaze she forgot to put in the order so she took the order from us again and promised to give us a discount, another 10 minutes the food arrive, she forgot to bring us "Range" source we ordered, we ask for it and she bring only one, tell her we ordered two, then she went to get another one, then we reliazed we don't have any silverware, ask her again. After finished eating, no wipes (we order wings) but we are too tired to ask for it. When we got the bill, there is no discount, we ask her and she pretend she doesn't know and she bring it to the manager, the manager came out and asked us what is wrong and we told him what happen and what the waitress had promised, few minutes later he came back and let us know that there is no reason to give us a discount because the food comes on time, we told him we have waited 45 minutes and he said there is no way we waited that long according to the kitchen (yah, the whole thing is she forgot to place the order to the kitchen) . I got very frustrated (who won't be after spending 2 hours eating few wings at a restaurant) and said "forget it" (my tone wasn't nice) and the manager repeat what I said excepts lauder "Yah, forget it".

That is by far the worst customer service I have seen!!!!!!
