An upscale sports bar — there are excellent wings, 19 TVs, and everything from cheap PBR to champagne.

The menu might look like average bar food, but it's all made from scratch with quality ingredients. Make sure to try the sandwiches that have made the Fifty/50 famous.

Do stay away!!. Just like the review that was posted 1 year ago! I called 2 make a reservation for bears vrs packer game & " we don't take reservations. Its a 1st come 1st service." Bullsh**! We walked in there all tables had reserved signs on them! Its 6pm & the 2nd floor is still not open as of yet! So do stay away 4 big events! If ur not connected don't even try!

Stay Away for Big Sporting Events!!!. I can't believe the nerve of this place! DO NOT GO if the sporting event is of any importance to Chicago.

We heard decent things about the place so we called and asked for reservations for a table for the Bear's game. The host said they do not ever take reservations for parties of 15 or less.

So, we get there an really early. Place was pretty empty. We figured we had our choice of tables.... NOPE!!! Every good table was "RESERVED FOR THE OWNER'S FRIENDS". The host just shrugged and said there was nothing she could do about it. It is completely not worth going to this place for any Cubs, Bears, or big time event. STAY AWAY FOR SPORTS and find a bar that only caters to the owner's friends.

Romantic Time!!!!!. Everything was the "cats meow". The environment, the food, and the drinks were all delectable. The service was amazing as well. The server we had was "Adam", and he was friendly, but not overbearing at all. Lyons and I had a romantic evening which was the cake and Fifty/50 was the frosting! We are from Detroit and we are huge Tigers fans. Everytime that we come to Chi-Town we will be sure to go to Fifty/50!

WOW I mean WOW. We have gone into the Fifty/50 so many times since they have been open and LOVE the food, envirenment, and Homosa... We also think the owner Greg is soooo cute, oh and his fashion sense is great especially his green gold laced shirt......

When we come in we always have Adam wait on us, he is very upbeat and a fabulous server. Call him Brian he loves it.

Please check it out trust me it is 100% worth it... Oh the cheese fries are deadly delicious....

Former tapas restaurant morphs into three levels of sports bar masquerading as lounge.. In Short
The floor plan here is deceptive; the one-room tavern it appears to be is actually a complex space of stairs, nooks and balconies. The street level space is the rowdiest, featuring a swarming bar doling out brown-bagged forties, scant tables near the entrance and an upholstered bench along one wall for chowing dressed up bar food. A spiffy, light fixture-laced skylight punches through to the upper level where there's more seating, another bar and a more composed vibe. The lower level is small--all the better for intimate cocktailing and dining.

A reason to go back to Wicker Park-even if you're as jaded as I am!. After having to move out of Wicker Park because of gentrificaition after having lived there for 14 years, I honestly didn't think I'd go back for a visit. But, my friend said he heard of this place that we should check out. Now I can visit WP! I was so impressed with the service. From the valet, the hostess, bartender, server, busboy-ALL of them were so genuine! The menu was fun with things like 40oz beer served in a paperbag and "How much for just one rib" (love I'm Gonna Get You Sucka!). Very clever. I had the fried chicken which I loved. It was super crispy, and super moist. Get it with the Louisiana hot sauce-Yum! My friend had the ribs. Although they weren't as hot (temperature) as they should have been, they were really smokey and not at all grizzley. I can't wait to go back and try their build your own mac-n-cheese! Well done Fifty/50!

GREAT NEW SPOT!. This new spot is great for so many reasons. Great location, great people, great food, great drinks (great specialty "beer cocktail" list too), great service, great music, and great decor ... need I say more?! I truly love this place and believe it has the perfect balance of everything you may be looking for. I greatly look forward to returning. Cheers!

Best Georgia Peach Martini and delicious food too. I must say this restaurant and bar has it all. They have such a great menu with so much to choose from from barbeque creations to fine steaks. Their onion soup is one of the best I have ever had. The menu prices are very reasonable and the portions are enough for 2 people to share. The owners are so nice and they take pride in their quality of food. I loved their barbeque sauce and oh my goodness they have the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. They are freshly cut and not greasy. I love their salads and I had their caesar salad that had cashews in it and what a wonderful dressing that topped it. My freind had their burger and it was so delicious . They have a wonderful selection of appeteisers and we chose the pulled pork and it was so delicious. We also had a skirt steak slider that melted in your mouth. I would like to see a larger selection of deserts but we were so filled from our meal that we had their wonderful fruit with this delicious vanilla sauce. Their drinks are fabulous. I tried the Georgia Peach Martini and it was wonderful. The Margarita was delicious as well. They have 3 levels and the lower lever was very crowded with people watching all the sports and having a great time. I noticed people drinking a beer from a brown bag which is another one of their offerings. So unique and a great place to have a large party. Last but not least the service was wonderful. The servers were all happy to assist and I think this restarant is a great new place to dine, and meet people. The owners seemed to be very nice and I wish them well. I cant wait to go back there and try more of their menu items. This is also a great place for ribs. They have a rib sampler for 1.99 and yummy . I also must say that the ambiance was so nice. The bar is beautiful and the draperies there were so classy. I must find out who did those drapes, I loved the fabric.

Upscale casual bar sports three levels for drinking and dining and backing from professional athletes.. In Short
Wicker Parkers flock to this Restaurant Row grill for a notch above pub grub. Brian Storey (Block 44) throws a contemporary twist to dishes like mac and cheese au gratin paired with pull pork and coleslaw, but salads, burgers and sandwiches also get their due. The owners, who clocked time at Joe's Prime Steak and Seafood, partnered with some athletes for this venture, hence the name of the bar.

Heard it's going to be the new "it" place in Wicker Park.... This place is opening this month and I have been hearing some really good things. I guess it was owned by 2 previous managers of an upscale restaurant in the city so the food is supposed to be amazing. If they have good drinks as well I will be there for dinner and I am sure several nights out!
