Not very accomodating or professional. My wife ( who is 20 weeks pregnant) and I recently celebrated our 1st anniversary with a weekend at the Fairmont hotel. We ordered a "deep sleep" massage for her Sunday morning. When she arrived back in the room at 12pm she was nearly in tears, explaining to me that the masseuse was not qualified to give massages to pregnant women, told her so but was told by management to "adapt". My wife was then trying to see if maybe I could take the massage instead but was told that the time booked was the time that it had to be done in, and getting me down from the hotel room would take too long.

No attempt to reschedule, replace the masseuse, or refund our money was ever made. We will definitely not be going back to this spa and caution anyone with any medical conditions to re-ensure that your instructions are noted. Not a good ending for an otherwise great weekend.

So relaxing. This spa was awesome!! I totally want to bring all my friends. I went afterwork on a friday, instead of going out. It made my crappy week so much better. The facial was amazing.

Amazing Spa. This Spa is gorgeous. I have traveled all over the world and had massages in many different countries and this is one of the most beautiful Spas that I have been to. It is spacious and decorated in a modern style that also draws on classic Asian inspirations. Besides a nice, relaxing environment, the service was top notch and everyone was sincere and friendly. I love this place.

myspa is MY new favorite spa!. i tried myspa during spa week in april and have been going back ever since. it's so not like other spas i've been to in chicago - everyone is so friendly and helpful not like the attitude i get at so many other chicago spas. i've been getting the saving face treatments and my skin has dramatically changed since i started. my skincare routine at home is so easy too! sure it costs a bit but the products have lasted me for months and my skin looks AMAZING! another amazing treatment is the aroma harmony. wow - this is the best aromatherapy massage i've ever had. it's a bit 'weird' at first (the oils relate to your chakras) and i didn't think i would like it but it is sooo relaxing and smells wonderful!

The entrance to this luxurious spa is like The Fairmont Chicago itself: one of the city's best kept secrets just east of the Magnificent Mile. An escalator ride down to the basement leads to frosted glass doors, which open to soaring aqua- and indigo-glass tiled walls and fresh potted flowers. Inside reveals a softly lit relaxation lounge set up with a sexy chaise, gossip magazines, fresh fruit and lemon water for sipping before the kneading, exfoliating and moisturizing begins. Aestheticians speak in soft voices as an iPod docking station streams ambient tunes.
