WORTH THE TRIP.
I'm not one to schlep out to the 'burbs for a restaurant, but a friend from Oak Park picked Briejo for her birthday dinner. So out the Eisenhower I went...was a Friday night at 630pm but traffic was not bad. Note, you can take the EL out there...I had no idea but will next time.
I want to start off saying the service here is probably the best I've seen in a while. From the wait-staff to the owners, everyone was there to ensure we had a great celebration.
Ok, let's start with appetizers: fried artichokes...divine. Crab cakes were spicy and the grilled portabella's were heaven...that may be my entree next time.
Dinner: I had the scallops and they were absolutely perfect. My friends had the short ribs and steak and all were fantastic meals. I do reco the scallops tho, they were my favorite after tasting everything.
Sides: Truffle Mac n' Cheese - yes you read that right now go get an order. And coconut mashed sweet potatoes, if they have them on the menu get them, heck order 2...they are that good.
Thanks to Jodie and Brigette for making this birthday celebration unforgettable.
I will definitely be back.

NICE, Romantic & Lait Night Place.
New, Exclusive, Modern place. Lait night restorane - good music - good tasty food (fish) with supper prices - good service.
Place is DESTINATION and welcoming you back. It is great new addition to Oak Park especially to Art Districkt.

Love this place!. Delicious food, great wine selection, and a warm, modern space. I just can't say enough good stuff about this place. It's in the art gallery district, too, so a perfect addition to the neighborhood. Try the seared scallops with truffle oil!
