Tips for Sprint Store

Brand new customer to Sprint and had purchased a refurbished iPhone 4S which promptly broke. While this is an Apple problem, the store employees refused to help, and the manager flat-out ignored me when I tried to speak to him. I will never, EVER, return to this store.

I'd give less stars if I could.
I'm a Sprint person. Have been since I got a cell phone more than 10 years ago. That's what made my experience with the Geneva Commons store disheartening.
I'll start by saying the store on Orchard in Aurora is awesome. They're willing to wave off the last two weeks of my contract so I can get a new phone. They just don't have the phone that I'm holding out for. My Blackberry no longer works at all, and I'm trying to run a business.
I walked into the Geneva store to check if they had it, and they did. However, the employee behind the counter was not willing to budge on my contract. He was the only employee in the store with about four customers behind me. I offered to wait if that was the issue. He assured me it was not the issue, that he simply could not do this. Well, Aurora can. He didn't have time to argue, so I took the time to write this review.
