In Short – So you might not have the youthful, luminous skin of the mogul's daughter, Ivanka Trump, but you can certainly get a taste of how she would pamper herself at this Bentley of hotel spas. With 23,000 square feet of space, the haven attends to the needs of its A-list guests with indulgent treatments like massages infused with rubies, sapphires and diamonds. A spa attache and Kate Somerville products round out the luxe experience. – – Photo by William Huber
Massage Therapist, Andrea, The Spa at Trump

I visited the Spa At Trump Hotel, Chicago in March and even though it seems to not fully operational, I was very impressed. The front desk staff was very courteous, and the team was in sync with each other. It was clean, I really did like the workout facilities, and the women's locker room was very well put together. However, the highlight of my visit was my massage therapist, Andrea. She is a true professional, and highly skilled therapist, with a very caring touch. I visit spas in Chicago and New York frequently and I have to say, Andrea rivals any therapist I have been treated by in both cities. I will definitely be back and work with her as she really knows and connects well.
- Pros: Highly skilled therapists, workout facility available to guests, clean, ambiance
- Cons: Still needs completion as it didn't feel quite whole
