In Short – It's fitting that Harry Caray's Restaurant Group chose the Cubs home opener (2008) as its first day of service. The decor blends a lively sports bar atmosphere with the look of a classic tavern with a mosaic tile floor, pressed tin ceiling and lots of TVs for keeping score. Museum-quality baseball memorabilia and other artifacts plaster the walls, while people watching turns outdoors, where a patio enables gawking at the rowdy fans. – – Photo by Jasmin Shah

Great Wrigley bar
by geminichicago
It's really laughable that that guy even thought that he would find a "special" on a Cubs game day in Wrigleyville. From the suburbs maybe? Just a hint so you don't make a total fool out of yourself in the future: there are no specials on anything in Wrigleyville on game days, ever, anywhere. I love this place. Drink prices are comparable to every bar in that area and they do have really good specials on non-game days. The food prices are comparable to the area as well even though it is way better quality and they could charge more. It's really beautifully decorated and clean! Most bars in Wrigley are just so dingy and old. It's nice to have a classy place in the area. Service is very friendly as well. I've been back many times and will continue to frequent.

The Holy Cow! Burger allows diners to design their own creations from proteins like Tallgrass beef and venison, preparations such as peppercorn-crusted and garnishes that include sauteed wild mushrooms, pretzel rolls and Jack daniel's barbecue sauce.
