Enter: A 20 something year old, Black American woman, with what seemed to be hair damaged beyond repair.

My story: I have never been satisfied with the hard, crusty hairdo's, I want my hair to always look and feel soft. I could not seem to find anyone on the west side of Chicago who was able to provide the look I wanted; along with being able to nourish my hair back to a healthy state; and finally provide me with the steps and products I needed to keep my hair flourishing between visits. I've done it all from tracks, to sew ins, micro braids, and the Egyptians. No one other than Sheri D has been able to provide me with all 3 of my hair requests! Sheri is the answer to my prayers.

No longer am I forgotten under the dryer while my hair stylist receives the latest gossip. No longer is my neck burned by the hot curlers because my stylist is trying to reach in her purse to buy the shoes hustle man just brought in. No longer am I fearful to close my eyes while I am being treated because the salon is getting crowded and insults are flying. Sheri D brings a soothing, professional ambiance. The salon invites you to indulge in a small water fall ( the sound of running water has always relaxed me), sounds from around the world ( Sheri has a music play list that could entertain anyone with an ear), a fashion show is always awaiting on screen to give you fashion ideas from the top designers (much appreciated to dress up the new look) Most importantly she offers privacy which not only allows her client to be at ease in the environment and bask in their treatment, but also gives her the opportunity to focus on You.

(For every con there is a pro).... distance from my home ( but you have to travel a little to escape to hair nirvana) ...a little pricey ( you pay for what you get... do you think Beyonce' pays $80 for her lace front?)

Sheri is a wonderful spirit she not only caters to your hair its as if she love your hair my hair was so healthy and shiny after my first visit I have continued to visit Sheri thank you for a job well done! Se Mo Hair also have wonderful product that helps you maintain your hair when unable to go to Sheri. Thanks again!
