They LOVE their pups. There is nowhere else in the city that we would send our dog Burnie; he is visibly ecstatic the two days a week he goes to day care and is exhausted when he comes home.

They are flexible, kind, engaged and it is obvious that their #1 priority over anything is the hapiness and well being of the dogs in their care.

Additionally, living downtown, we don't have a car, so the door-to-door pick up and drop off has been a life saver for us.

We love Unleashed!. I would give Unleashed 10 stars if I could - they have been so great for our pup! We found them when we attended Curtis Scott's fantastic obedience class at their facility, and we have not looked back since. Their facility is beautiful, big, and well-equipped for the varying needs of lots of pups, and it is always clean and ready for lots of doggy play. The daycare employees get really excited whenever they see our pup, and especially during our dog's first few visits to Unleashed, Bridgid (the owner) sent photos and updates throughout the day so that we knew our gal was doing well and playing happily. The online system makes it a breeze to schedule daycare and Bridgid has been extremely accommodating when it comes to last-minute changes. Bridgid also sends out info about fun pup-related events in the area and keeps us up to date with any happenings at Unleashed, too. But most importantly, she and all the staff love our dog and welcome her with petting and smiles for a day of fun each and every time we drop her off. The staff seems to really understand that every dog has different needs and personalities, and they seem well prepared for every situation. We're so grateful to have a place where our pup feels comfortable and has a blast, and where we know they take care with their treatment of the dogs and facilitation of all of their services. Amazing Doggie Day in Chicago. I recently decided to send my dog Izzy to doggie day care (best decision ever by the way!), but was concerned because I've boarded her at a couple places around town in the past, and have never been that impressed. Is clean, friendly and reasonably priced too much to ask?

I was so relieved when I called Unleashed and spoke directly with Bridgid the owner. Just from our initial conversation I knew I had found exactly what I was looking for. Bridgid goes out of her way for both the dogs and their owners. She is extremely kind, very flexible and it's obvious that she is truly in it for the dogs, not the profit.

I can't say enough good things about Bridgid and Unleashed. You won't be disappointed.

Nice place but has no yard. I don't want my dogs peeing and pooping indoors on a floor because they might do the same thing once they get home. It was nice and was quiet inside and not busy. I do not like the fact that dogs have to go to the bathroom right inside the place. That is kind of gross, that is a drawback would also be bad in summer they don't get any sunshine or fresh air I brought to Tucker Pups instead for the outdoor play

try it. my dog loves it. i think he's happier here than at home. he starts mewing to get inside Unleashed the moment my car turns onto halstead. we started with day care, and now board him whenever i go out of town. try it.

Unleashed is The Best!. We love using Unleashed to board our two dogs. We have one small dog and one big dog. They are our babies and we feel so good knowing we have Unleashed to take them to when we are out of town or would like them in daycare. Bridgid is wonderful! We call to check in, arrange plans for drop-off, etc. and she is extrememly tentative to our needs and our dogs! The dogs love going there! They always come home tired from playing and they are extrememly happy! We won't go anywhere else for boarding or daycare now. I highly recommend them!

Very happy with Unleashed. We've been taking our dog to Unleashed for three months now and we couldn't be happier. Our dog enjoys it, and we feel comfortable knowing he is in good hands all day. Bridgid and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about dogs and never hesitate to answer any of our questions whether they pertain to daycare or not. As an added bonus, they occasionally post videos online so that you can see first hand how the dogs are playing while at daycare. We would highly recommend Unleashed to anyone wanting to leave their dog in caring hands!!

So good he does not want to come home. Out miniature schnauzer had never been boarded with other dogs before. We spent a lot of time visiting dog boarding/day care places, each time he was delighted to see us and anxious to come home. Things were different at Unleashed -- when we came to pick him up he was still happy to see us but he did not want to come home.

There are many things that led to his loving Unleashed as much as he does. First, the staff really seems to care (very good staff:dog ratio). Second, care is customized to each dog's individual personality (he was allowed "down time" in private when he got over excited). Third, the facility is clean, bright and a generally nice place to be cared for.

Unleashed separates dogs by large/small size and provides individual areas for eating and sleeping. Try it, you will like it! Our dog came home happy, healthy (kept up his weight) and tired (he slept well for several days after returning)

Neighborhood is good, but parking can be a challenge if you are there while the nearby schools let out.

We have to drag our dog out of there...(in a good way). We tried Unleashed after a bad experience at another daycare where our pup came home with a huge hot spot on her face that had to be shaved and cleared up with antibiotics. Our neighbor recommended Brigid and Unleashed and we couldn't be happier. Our frenchie puppy comes home exhausted and happy. She knows the minute we grab her collar where she's going and she is waiting by the door. The staff knows all the pups by name and it's truly an effort to get her out of there at the end of the day. I wouldn't take Cricket anyplace else. I highly recommend Unleashed for anyone who loves their dog. We bought a package so we can drop her off for the day anytime we're really busy and it works out perfect.

Unleashed is Great!. My almost 2 year old cockapoo is so excited to go to daycare that he starts barking even before I get to the front door. Bridgid and her staff are wonderful. They genuinely seem to love the animals and are very responsive to each dog's needs. I often send an email during the day to see how Chase is doing and usually get an immediate response. The facility is clean and in a great location. I highly recommend it!
