I'm sad to say this was the worst experience i've ever had as far as results go. I did the Keratin treatment which they assured would last 4-6 months. the first time I didn't see a difference so they reapplied it which means I sat through the fumes all over again...my eyes watering etc. It has been exactly a month and it's already wearing off, frizz is coming back. While the owner Carla seemed nice as far as customer service goes, after reapplying when I let her know it's wearing off she said it just depends on hair. IN THAT CASE it is false advertising to state that the product lasts 4-6 months...I didn't come ANYWHERE near it. AWFUL experience...wasted 6 hours total and probably a chunk of my health. OH should I mention I wasn't refunded because they had reapplied.

Best Salon in the City :). I couldn't bring myself to go to any other salon - the ladies here are great! Evelyn does a fantastic job with my cut and color every single time! They know me by name when I call, offer something to drink, to take my jacket -- always super polite. Their products are great, and the atmosphere is very modern and relaxing. Always a place to park, and always feeling great when I leave :)

Ask for Carla or Evelyn!

Dana F. is a life changer!. Dana F. not only made my hair immaculate on my wedding day, but she consistently creates and manages beautiful haircuts for me. I have had her complete the keratin hair straightening system on my hair four times in the last two years. It's literally changed my life. Gone are the days of packing hair straighteners and tons of products. My frizzy hair is manageable, easy to style, and allows to me to have a cute air-dried or styled look.

Call Hush Salon and book an appointment with Dana F. She will change your hair life!

Dana F.. Dana F. did my hair for my bridal shower. It was beautiful! I got more compliments on my bridal shower hair than I did on my wedding day hair! Dana is professional, personable, and talented. She will make sure you get exactly what you want, and that it will look great.

Best Salon in Chicago. So I'd heard about this salon from a co-worker and my girlfriend had been getting her hair and nails done with the same people forever. I thought I'd give this place a shot and made my girlfriend an appointment to get her nails and hair done. (Yes, I am the greatest boyfriend, ever, lol!)

When I tell you that that was one of the best decisions I've ever made, let me tell you I mean it! I can't tell you how happy she was about the entire experience and I can assure you she's a lifer. As an added bonus of course she looked beautiful! A true win-win in my eyes. LOL!

Seriously though, great place, great atmosphere, and I'd recommend it every time!

In love!. I have been going to Hush Salon and Spa since the day it opened and I get EVERYTHING done there! The staff is amazing, the location is ideal and the monthly and sometimes weekly specials are great! Carla always has something new for me and Esmerelda gives the meanest no-chip in town! I have all my girlfriends coming to this spot now!

SARAH IS THE BEST!!!. So, I've been going to Sarah now for about 5 years. She's absolutely amazing! I've sent several friends and family member to her, and we are all hooked! Lifelong clients! She is a genius with cut and color. She also did a keratin treatment for one of my friends and it changed her life! Her frizzy, curly hair is finally smooth!

The reason for my recent review is that I'm just so thrilled that she has moved from Salon Envy to Hush Salon.

Although I've always raved about my Sarah, her new location is so convenient with lots of street parking and a small lot on the side of the building. She's also lowered her prices at her new salon, and offers great discounts if you pay her in cash and book your next appointment before you leave. She also offers $30 off for you and your friend every time you refer someone to her. Some of my friends have also tried the nail and waxing department while their color is being processed and they love it.

I can't say enough great things about Sarah and Hush Salon. Just go and see her for yourself!

Lisa is Great!. Lisa is a great stylist. She does your hair per your request, and it turns out even better! She is fast, friendly, and efficient. I have followed her from 3 different salons. Each one has been further travel for me, but she is worth it! Parking is easy.

Ask for Lucy!!!. I first started going to Lucy about 3 years ago, and there is no one I trust more with my hair than this woman! (I have insane hair; it's long and very thick and I've never found a stylist so comfortable working with my hair!)

I don't know what she does, but my hair looks awesome everytime she cuts it. I'm talking people stopping me on the street to tell me my hair looks cute--seriously!

Lucy is super talented and extremely good at what she does. I trust her completely; she really listens to what you want and then offers her insight and she's a total sweetheart!
