This suburban spot, decked out with a full bar and patio, stands behind its sauce; in fact, you might have seen it on the shelves of your local Jewel. The flavor soaks into juicy ribs, beef brisket, steaks and pulled pork courtesy of a smoker or barbecue pit. Chicken comes in three offerings: kabobed, jerked or barbecued (served as two young chickens rubbed with spices then grilled). Sides are of course housemade, dishing up standards like cole slaw and baked beans and surprises like corn maque choux and green chile mac and cheese.
